Time to rev up your metabolism! Our HIIT class is about constant movement and effort. No two classes are ever alike but there is one common theme - be prepared to sweat.
Our HIIT students jump from exercise to exercise, often rotating every minute - agility ladder footwork, treadmill sprints, prowler pulls, crunches, tire flips, battle ropes... We work on all facets of strength and conditioning from cardio exertion to functional strength and movements to flexibility.
