Strength 

5×5  (70 – 80 % of 1RM Front Squat)  If  you don’t know your 1RM then something heavy but manageable

Work:

10 X 100 meter  shuttle runs

followed by

7  KB swings (70/53)

3 mins interval. ( using remaining time to rest )

Accessory:

2 x 10 Turkish get-up
