Plyometrics, also known as jump training or box jump training, is a workout intended to maximize explosive power and fast-twitch muscle memory. Many athletic demands require short bursts of maximum effort. Jump training emulates these demands through high-intensity intervals of jumping and body-weight movements at varying heights and lengths. It is a core activity in all of our training programs and our athletes will see measureable improvements in their overall fitness or sports-specific activities.
