I believe if you have a body, you are an ATHLETE. I coach for one reason and one reason only: to assist athletes at all levels reach their fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, muscle tone, strength, speed, quickness, flexibility and mobility).

I'm Moses Harris and I'm very excited to be the 6am Athletic Strength and Conditioning Coach. My athletic career commenced at a young age like most. I was active in the staple American sports; baseball, track, football, basketball, Tennis, golf and soccer (think Bo Jackson, but not really). Because I'm the youngest of four, my athleticism grew at a rapid pace because I was always trying to out perform my older brothers (3/6 years apart).

Upon entering high school I focused on football (all skill positions) and track and field (hurdles and sprint relays). I performed at a high-level and ultimately earned a football scholarship to play strong safety at Fresno State in 2005. I played early in my career and was a 3 year starter playing in over 45 games. Upon the completion of my college career, I was signed as an un-drafted rookie free agent to the St. Louis Rams. I spent 4 months with the Organization and made the strategic decision to enter the world of Finance.

In my 10+ year athletic career I trained with some of the best trainers in the world. I have been deeply immersed in Olympic lifting, elite strength and conditioning, speed and power improvement, endurance training, cross-functional movement, dynamic mobility, plyometrics, injury prevention and overall body maintenance/recovery.

The 6am Athletic Strength and Conditioning class integrates the fundamentals of strength/conditioning to injury prevention and functional mobility important for longevity in everyday life activities. All are welcomed. Don't be shy come say hi! I'd love to have you.

Be The Hammer, not the nail!
