Work:

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps ( Athlete chooses weight )

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Choose your weight. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

*Every Re-grip is a foul which will result in 10 Burpees. Done at the time the of the foul’
