Do you like to workout in a group setting? Do you need a kick-start to get back into working out? Or perhaps you are simply looking for a different fitness routine. Whatever your motivation, our bootcamps will meet your needs. These programs are designed for all levels of fitness and generally run two to three times per week for a 4-week period. We incorporate all of our other programs into these hour-long sessions – strength, plyo, boxing, crossfit, you name it. It is a great all-around workout with a wonderful group of fellow athletes and trainers. If there is a type of class that you are looking for, do not hesitate to make a request—we are about community and our best ideas come from your goals.
