Rest Day.
For the Crossfit program at Dogtown Athletic we will use Sunday as our rest day. Use this day to mobilize, stretch, plan your week, especially your nutrition choices.
Nutrition Preparation.
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
*Mental Restoration
This could be sitting on your couch enjoying the big game, meditation, walking the Redwood Trail, or Lake Merrit, grabbing a cup of joe at your local coffee shop.
Whatever it is, be mindful of your stress and take it easy today. Make sure you come back with full batteries.
